What is this session about?

This is an Access® Barrier Session carried out exclusively in a present form, offering a deep relaxation space, awareness and energy benefits, with a sheltered internal space that has a more liviana and conscious relationship with abundance.

Access bars consist of soft hats with specific points on the head, designed to help reduce mental noise, eliminate accumulated tension and allow greater clarity in different areas of life, including thoughts and emotions related to food and abundance.
